My teachers would say that moving distal on the leg is a no-no. We've been taught to always move distal to proximal on the limbs for effective veneous return. I see a lot of therapist don't adhere to this philosophy, which makes me wonder what is truly the safest and most effective for the client?
I think there is out there some stuff that people don't know about - Difference people doing difference things - Lethally I knows that in the neighborhood some Organize-Crime doing experiments on people without them knowing it and the reason I'm saying it it's because I never never in my life felt those symptoms - They killing us slowly-slowly - with Direct Energy Weapon(DEW) and with DIrect Radiations.
Not an expert, but I know stretching a cramp is a big no-no, but your debate below seems to be whether massage of (even a) mildly stretched muscle could be a bad idea.
not every single one... stretching is one (good) thing. but when the muscle is stretched, it's also more fragile. so doing the massage while being stretched may cause more pain and injuries instead of healing treatment. sorry for my bad english!
Deena is a nice model! Interesting tattoo. About the knee extension, why not place the bolster pillow under her patella to cushion it further and encourage hyperextension for gastroc stretch?
