Love the groovy dancing!I love watching psychedelic nightclub scenes from old 60's and seventies programmes and movies fire up the delorean take me back to 68 man!
I had forgotten how cool it was when the squares came on before the commercial... thanks for posting this! Beats the crap out of "Friends" reruns... :)
A great alternate version of the flight of the "Bluebird" They don't make TV series like this any more. A fan of Buffalo Springfield for many years, thanks for sharing. Peace and Love.
Oh man this is really funny. TV needs to cast some "hippies" and the local rock group fills in - only in retrospect we know the hippies are MUSICAL GIANTS.
The recording is pretty crappy, but it's actually pretty cool. I was expecting just the album tracks, but it's actually been re-recorded. Love the guitar solos. It's quite a bit different, in a good, interesting way. Gives some idea of what a live performance would sound like.
I agree with Pete Townshend, it doesn't ruin it one bit for me to hear some great piece of music in a commercial or on a program like this. Groovy music was everywhere back then, and it was all part of the movement. But then, there are some people who will piss and moan about anything in their politically correct way---
Mannix ALWAYS knew what was hip and what was not. Check out early Neil Diamond on the show as well...

This clip was from season 1 when Mannix was still with Intertect and drove a customised Oldsmobile Toronado convertible.
