The only one of these I forgot were The Munchies. I need to go find that on DVD now to go with my Critters/Ghoulies/The Gate/other such movies with tiny demonic things.
Silver Bullet was memorable....Expecially when he went out oh his Busey-built Wheelchair to pop firecrackers on a bridge...Rocket to the eyeball, then bullet to the other...Awesome....
I think it's funny on the list of videos to the right they have It looking up and above him Elvira's flash dance making it look like he's learing at her butt. :)
Aside from Revernd Lowe, Tarman, The Bounty Hunters and of course the legendary BIG BEN, I haven't seen the others AT ALL! Big Ben, he was awesome, but I liked the Cowboy Guy from, I think it was the second House Movie, more, he was badass!
@10INTM Word man, since first time ive seen it he´s the worst recurring nightmare i have. He´s not the average mindless zombie... zombie apocalypse would be so different if zombies could think
Cool! I remember them all from when I was a kid, mymom was a horrorflick freak haha.. some scared the crap outa me. Looking back , back then they were so much more original creatures, i mean the monstermakers, They actualy made the monster with anyhing like organics and such... witch looked much scarier on tv then the cgi monsters nowadays do honostly.
I miss the good old days of horror films! 1970's and 80's were the best! Its sad that they don't make them like this anymore! All the over the top special effects and graphics for today's horror are a joke to me and they never scare me. The old school horror movies still scare the crap out of me. And they're good quality movies too! Not the garbage we have out today!

Big Ben at no. 1? really? House isn't really all that obscure, imo. In fact, alot of these are pretty well known. I will say that Little Monsters is woefully underrated.
i really wouldn't consider the bounty hunters from critters a movie monster myself, as for the rest of the list yeah i remember em all but the one in the #10 spot, sad commentary in itself
OH hell no ,I havent Forgot any of these films..lol I grew up watching This stuff, i LOVED the monster squad when i was a Kid and Return of Swampthing, FRIGHT night epic scen when he get speared an Transforms from wolf to human EPIC, Bounty hunters From Critters and Their Ship!! Tar Man, and The Sarge from The House..Man These Movies i Grew Up on.. 80's Babys Thumbs up
YES! Finally someone else who knows who Big Ben is. When I told people about House they were like: "You mean the main bad guy is a Brittish Clock?" - I was amazed they even knew about the clock to be honest. -_-
I don't know who has forgotten these monsters. Among horror fans, some of these are CLASSICS and revered. Others, whilst not classics necessarily, are loved and treasured. Perhaps the "normals" have forgotten about them...
These are some classic horror movies! Why is this labeled "most forgotten"? Maybe I'm just the only guy that remembers all of these. I basically grew up with all these.
TARMAN is one my faverite zombies. And i love the morphing effects they did in critters for the bounty hunters and specialy critters 2 if you know what i mean lol.
hmmm... return of the living dead is pretty big among horror fans still. tarman even got his own action figure, so i don't think you could really count him as forgotten.
Most of these monsters will never be forgotten. Save for the one from Munchies. Never heard of that film. But the rest, spot on. And I agree with you npower15. Never wanted to go to the bathroom late in the evening after watching half those films.
I grew up in the 80s, so for me, none of these are forgotten. Well, I'm still trying to forget Munchies and Ghoulies was made, but the rest are classic!

I disagree with all of these. My opinion. Maybe because I am a horror nerd, but there are all fairly popular and cult fave monsters. And no one forgets the classics.
