they're basically telling a joke that goes more or less like this, they yell: waiter! the public answer:what?, and they ask for mushrooms. it may seem a little stupid, but in spanish the word for mushrrom is 'champiñón' which is very similar to 'campeón', the word for champion. and that's what they're saying, hope you understood =)
