the animal at 00:48 is an olm (wikipedia: proteus anguinus) and what we see at 1:07 are two sea urchin shells on top of each other, if you google for echinoidea you get exactly that picture on page 2, as for 1:41 i'd say it's some kind of batoidea lying on it's back, if you google "baby ray" you should get an idea how they look from below
