  • thanks for the video, did u use oil or butter to saute the chicken?

  • Your chicken breasts seemed thinner, did you pound it first? I can't wait to try this recipe. Thank you.

  • does anyone have any idea why when i place the chicken in the pan the oil crackles a helluva lot and splashes everywhere? thanks

  • @beanie8989 Water on the surface of the chicken

  • @jikky6000 ah, so that's what it was, thanks! :)

  • @beanie8989 The water content of any food makes oil splatter. Try just dropping a teaspoon of water in some hot oil and youll see what I mean!

  • @thomascrown559 thanks!

  • Can't wait to try this!

  • Nice mushroom sauce. I just posted a video response with a creamy mushroom sauce I made and put over a healthy vegan millet dish. I'm not a pro on the pan like you, but the sauce turned out beautifully.

  • Do we have to put white wine???

  • @whysalmon makes it taste better. it doesnt have alcohol in it when you finish cooking it, the alcohol evaporates.

  • @whysalmon but if you absolutely don't want to use wine you can use any room temperature or cold liquid. as long as it's cold it will lift the fond off the bottom of the pan when it's added.

  • Awesome pan sauce! I'll be using this soon.

  • i am fond of fond lol i am starving

  • Where or where is the actual recipe for this dish? Where is the list of ingredients and the amounts of same? was the chicken sauteed on olive oil or some other kind of oil? I cannot find this recipe anywhere.

  • good sauce !!

  • I can't quite catch what he's calling the brown bits in the pan at 0:58.

I didn't realize there was an actual name for that stuff other than "brown bits."

  • "Fond," a French term. Basically, think of it as the foundation of any pan sauce you'd want to build

  • We call them the drippings in Culinary terms. Same for roasting...

  • I dont know if theres really anything to say about this brand of cookware, but i like the idea of adverts informing.

I sieved off the sauce before putting on the chicken, delicious!

  • Would it seem like a commercial if you didn't know the brand name of the pan he was using ... or would it just be a demonstration then??

  • Wow, another commercial...

  • thx for the add i got the minchies like afat bitch after smoke session

  • Can't wait to try out the new technique that I just learned, deglazing!
