  • Thanks. Wonderful memories of my past. Born and raised in Brookline on Norabell  68 years ago. All this still looks modern to me. ;-) Now in NC, but miss Pittsburgh especially Brookline.

  • I was born south side hospital, 44 years ago. I lived in Brookline until I was 11 on Chelton Avenue. My parents moved us tro To Ohio.

  • Went to resurrection church and school before moving to dormont. Pgh was a great place to get values and grow up in. Very proud of our work ethic and sense of history and progress and greatness from arts and music to science, medicine and business. hard working, hard playing, hard praying. best place in americ as far as history and inspiration from hard work.

  • I grew up in Brookline, expect for when I was first born and I lived as an infant in Overbrook. :D

  • I lived in Brookline for only a short while, but I still go back to visit often. There's something about the places like Dormont, Beechview and Bookline that make me still have fond memories of Pittsburgh's great neighborhoods.

  • I was born and raised in brookline and this is a great tribute to what the bare bones of brookline was. I hate to say it, but brookline is now turning for the worst.
