  • Best Joe's record I believe.

  • @TheBassgurl I believe it's Butch Warren.

  • ケニー・ドーハムのつくってきた楽曲がどれだけ50~60年代ジャズを潤わしたことか!!永遠哀愁の”ブルー・ボッサ"、ジョー・ヘンはイイネ、いつ聞いても #jazzm

  • i think that the first eight minutes was the best of this song

  • Can anyone help me figure out the chord progressions? I'd like to learn the musicality and not just be able to play by ear!

  • @josephem Best bet is to go to a music store and look for a "Real Book"; it will have chord progressions for this and many other jazz standards. It's much easier to see it on sheet paper than to try to write it down in a youtube comment!

  • @josephem

    Get a Real Book

  • Who is the bass player on this tune? Great lines.

  • why get so intelligent about it ? if it touches your soul then it's good.

  • Wonderfull. Thank you

  • What a fine piece of jazz!

  • mccoy's solo on this blows me away every time

  • Super morceau.

    Merci beaucoup....

  • Great balance between the solo players and the other members of the band all the way means a great version at last.

  • 佳曲の多いケニー・ドーハム、一番の名曲"ブルー・ボッサ"~先行ソロから、堂々たる、ジョー・ヘンダーソンに引き継いだ時、ジャズの醍醐味 #jazzm

  • excelent song!!!!

  • Hey @ I'm so glad u finally heard it. Big ups... it ain't the time its more like the era. Peace

  • kenny dorham is a beast this is one of the best songs ever written!

  • @NextLifeDub Really? This song is a bit bland, in my opinion. It's fun to have a jam with because it's a simple standard. But as far as the song itself goes, its just a II V I , with the melody descending down the C natural minor scale. Nothing too interesting.

  • @Grimmjow567 that is what i like about it... complexity is not what makes a song good... i really enjoy the ease in which the chords change.. also the bridge section is really cool with the ii-Vi and then the trtone sub of to lead right back into the ii-Vi-i... its a really sick key change and i love it

  • @NextLifeDub Yeah, I see what you're saying.

  • @NextLifeDub It's more of a tune than a song. (nerd noise)

  • @Sunderlanding Actually, the correct word is "piece."

  • @asdurrett9 As in: "You're a piece of shit."? Just joking.

  • @NextLifeDub what? thats not the right chords. the b part is only 2 5 1..

  • @gnufender yes there is. it is a one bar ii-V that lands on C minor that then goes into a ii-V-i in the key of Eb major. go look again :D

  • @Grimmjow567 Complexity isn't necessary for a good tune. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love complexity, but look at William Byrd. He wrote The Bells, one of the most famous Renaissance works, with just a simple V-I progression.

  • @NextLifeDub I agree! its so much better than the Abersold Solar Flair version

  • poesia di note musicali.....manca la barca....

  • mi tema favorito toda la vida!!!!!!

  • Love this tune.....brings in the cheer.
