cheese bacon mushroom burger,, i had u one,,got lost on the way to your house,,,and 8 it :( BUT just wanted u to know I did have u one, and it was tasty hehe..good video, and IM a new sub,,what do I win?
I was eating a chicken club salad from jack in the box when I watched this video. as soon as you said the part about bacon, not bacon bits, i went "oh s#%$". haha
GREAT video, Cameo! I think one of the biggest deceptive low-carb foods when you are eating out is meatloaf. They add fillers and even throw some gravy that's LOADED with carbs. EEEEK! Also, be aware that many meats, including steak and chicken, can be injected with sugars. How can you REALLY know? You can't but you take your chances. THANKS for the suggestions.
I eat out about 6 days a week. You can keep a pocket carbohydrate book in your purse it really helps. Also you can plan your meals ahead of time online using the restaurants website. And stash things in your purse/car like almonds and drink packets just in case.
Great Tips!! Yeah - I'm from KY and we have the peanuts in a bucket and you throw the shells on the floor. So, everytime you go in to the steakhouse it's "crunch, crunch, crunch" all the way to your seat. Love your videos! Keep 'em coming!

Good word, my friend! He's right--meatloaf is made with crackers or bread! Eek! Beware the hidden evil carbs! lol
