no..it's sheer..pastel with slight shimmer..teal pigment is way more bolder..

maybe the cool heat eyeshadow is a more subtle version of the teal pigment...

however..on my eyelids...i cant put gulf stream n cool heat tgt..looks the same..maybe i need to try it w a 239.:)hope i helped.

SUPER GORGEOUS! These are my favourite colours exactly. The only problem was that when you put your eyelashes the view was slightly obscured by the mirror, but this was the first time this happens in your videos.
