I went into a Toyota dealership in Dall-ass which was pretty bad too. That is one of the many pains associated with the putrid state of Tex-ass w/ those Tex-ass-ans.

I have a list of Toyota Dealers and names of peeps who are worse !!
They take your vehicle for a test drive and don't return your keys unless you leave on good terms.
They intimidate you holding your keys hostage!
Oh, then they sabatoge your vehicle during their appraisal.
Take it to your mechanic, costing over $300 in repair!
