Despite it being an extremely quick and minor procedure, Mary does not wake after anesthesia and subsequently dies after being taken off life-support. This is a great personal blow to Bailey, and is further devastated by the fact that Mary's autopsy is inconclusive.

Found a website that posted two videos, one showing callie singing chasing cars, and the other where Ari is singing 'how to save a life' as the G.A team operate on Callie to save hers and the baby lives. And I posted it as spoilers if people wanted to know who was injured badly.

Guys it's Callie who is seriously injured, and Addison is called in to perform the surgery to save callie and the baby lives.

I just saw a clip where Ari is bruised in the face, singing "How to save a life" while G.A team operates on Callie.

I hope that Callie and the baby survives, because 1 Callie isn't going to die, but the baby, who knows, if the baby dies, I fear Callizona won't be together, maybe callie will blame Ari for the accident, as she did propose,.

@Muselight63 In a different sneak peek, it shows Meredith helping with a patient, so she is not hurt. The musical episode is from Callie's point of view. That being said, the whole episode will revolve around Callie... Leading me to believe that the patient is Callie. I also know that Addison will be coming back, which means something with babies (which also leads to Callie being hurt).

I read that Arizona and Callie will have the accident , and that are two ambulances those that come, but I'm not sure because I saw a photo where Arizona is running behind of the stretcher with Mark to his side ( Mark it's not visible) And I have my doubt about whose hand is that ?
