  • This looks liek Dominican Republic

  • That is so masterful it reminds me of a card dealer dealing cards...

  • how can you tell if its a real cohiba or a fake one, because i found a spot that sells them and im not sure if they are real or not

  • It is often stated that it is quite ironic that a communist state is so strongly associated & produces the ultimate symbol of Capitalism.

  • Very interesting observation

  • how the fuck can u get lung cancer from a cigar? u don't even inhale...JESUS....

  • @ChronicMist so you just keep in mouth taste it and return the smoke out reply plz

  • @kader3kad yea man, that's all you do :) don't inhale

  • u can get lung cancer and mouth cancer and throat cancer from cigars even if you dont inhale. It also kills others around you by 2nd hand smoke

  • 0:06 ohhhh lok at all those cigars

  • Very nice i'd like to buy one :)

  • lmao this guy got nice job:)

  • damn .. that guy never run out from cigars LooooooooL

  • yeah they are proberly fake but prove me wrong , the labels on the cigars are not in gold and the letters are flat

  • @baja5bcrazed duhhh the gold label didnt start till the late 90s....

  • I've neverhad a cigar are they good? I want to try them. Cigarettes are getting kind of tiring.

  • they are gd specialy cuban cigars

  • Looks like fake Cohibas, but still they could be very professional people making very good cigars :)

  • They're the real deal, this was filmed in the late 80s.

  • These are not FAKES. This is a genuine Cohiba Factory in the Dominican Republic. As you can see they wrap the Cihibas in Cellaphane. Cubans put NO HAND MADE CIGARS wrapped in plastic! I have been to several CUBAN Factories.

  • This is incorrect. While no hand-made Habano is packaged with cellophane today both the Cuban Cohiba Coronas and Coronas Especiales were hand-made and packaged with cellophane in the late 80s & early 90s according to MRN's Illustrated Encyclopaedia of Post-Revolution Havana Cigars.

The Cohiba Coronas bands of that time also had the three lines of white dots and no "La Habana, Cuba" lettering. That band became a very faked band in the following years.

  • FYI guys, That factory of COHIBA's is NOT in CUBA! It is in the Dominican Republic.

Those are a CRAPPY ass cheap substitute for REAL CUBAN COHIBAS.

  • Yeah. You can clearly see the letters of "Cohiba" on the cigar band are not raised. A dead fake Cohiba giveaway.

Still decent cigars but not real.

  • Just had a Cohiba Esplendidos, (am a member of a cigarclub here in Norway), and mmmmmmmmmm-mm!! A shame they are so goddamn expensive. Robustos and Siglos are also top notch!

  • I had a 40th anniversary Cohiba from Habanna. The wrapper looked like a barbershop pole. The best stick I ever had. I wish I could still find some more.

  • monte no 2 best ever

  • I have a Cohiba aging right now, only 11 more months to go :*(. I do have a Montecristo #4 thats just about ready and a Trinidad that will be ready as well. But I'm waiting patiently for the Cohiba to age.

  • throw me one woman!

  • lol i was thinking the same thing

  • i had a damn nice cohiba and my friggin mom found it -.- AND CHUCKED IT....

  • That pissed me off just reading it. I can't imagine it happening personally...

  • wow that sucks balls

  • yes i just had me a cohiba limited edition 2008 cigar yesterday and it was great!!!

  • Unfortunately you had a fake Cohiba. They didn't make a Cohiba LE 2008. Only ones released for '08 were Cuaba, Partagas and Montecristo.

  • dammit......,my petit tubos havent been lit up fr a long time now!

  • girl at 1:45 is sure workin hard...

  • I suspect that quite a high percentage aren't deemed good enough to sell with the cohiba brand. Maybe they can have some of those to smoke while at work?

  • somewhere I heard that they are allowed three cigars a day. and that is what is responsible for make the culebre(hope im sayin it right) the one where its three panetelas braided together with two ribbons tied on the bottom and top

  • im only 17 but i still enjoy a great rolled cigar...they are so good people gotta buy some and relax after a day of work...

  • i loooove cohibas, you gotta try cuban missiles too, like monte cristo habana, i just saved your lives. theyre SO good

  • @hartshornguy

Yeah, indeed. They smoke it without really enjoying it, and then throws the half away.

Those people should be forbidden to buy fine cigars.

  • Who's to say how they enjoy them? rich people, poor people, middle class. We all enjoy at our own pace/environment.

Not starting an argument, just giving another perspective...

  • THIS is one of the reasons why you should't smoke while walking, driving a car, or just because of habbit. Those cigars takes time to make and you should enjoy them. It's waste of money otherwise.

  • im smoke right now that Cohiba its very good taste mhhhhh..

  • i smoked a cuban cohiba once with my dad they are by far the most amazing thing ever the taste and aroma are orgasmic-just kidding

  • try a Partagás 150...

  • I like how they smoke while working. LOL

  • 68 shades?? dam that woman has amazing color perception

  • I have been to a factory in HAvana where these are made. It is quite an entertaining thing to see. You are on a "guided" tour through various stages of cigar making. When you get to the rollers the "tour" guide says "excuse me a moment" then turns her back. Next thing you know you are swamped by these rollers selling cigars for $1.00 each.

While leaving the factory with cigars stuffed everywhere a fellow comes up and tries to take them off. He has to be paid off as well. CRAZY!

  • Handling Cohibas all day at work (while smoking them). But, they have to live under a dictator- so its a give and take. Good cigars, no freedom...hmmmm. I'll take the freedom- thanks to the good old U.S. post service ;-0

  • That place smells like heaven! And, with your love for cigars, I don´t think there´s any danger of Your being hired there any time soon.

  • dude cigar smoke smells amazing!

  • yep the people at te cohiba factory ythey can take home 5 a day and smoke as many as they like while working

  • i know that only 2 for home. unlimited smoke in the factory.

  • Reason I'd work at a cigar factory: I could smoke on the job!

  • OK, so let's end the embargo....

  • @mrstogie123 aha i live in canada sucker

  • @patarfuyfuy Where in Canada can I get a Cohiba Robusta christo?

  • If you look at the band on the cigars, it's the old Cohiba band and the video looks lke it was shot in the 1980's. Apparently some of original release of Cohiba came with cellophane for a short time...

  • yes i you are right.

  • What`s with the cellophane sleve at the end? No Cuban, non machine made cigar has ever been sleved. My understanding is they still don`t do it. Was this shot at the Dominican factory where they make the mediocre yellow bands? Or are the pre-packing cigars for the American market? This is confusing and interesting.

  • you are right, none of the original Cuban cigars come with the cellophane sleeve. The film must have been shot somewhere in the Dom.Rep or elsewhere in the area. I remember having been offered in Cairo, at the Conrad Hotel, a bundle of Cohibas in cello.sleeves and the guys there were completely unaware these were not originals. No bundles and no sleeves.....

  • its good you mentioned that i was in cuba the last month i learned alot about the cigars made i saw many cohibas with the plastic sleeves

  • There are 3 kinds of Cohiba and quite a few look alikes. The original Cuban.(yellow black & gold band)The premium Dominican (red dot) and the cheapie Dominican cuban look alikes (yellow black and white band) Both Dominican brands come in cello sleeves. Only machine made Cubans have plastic such as puritos packs. Anything bigger than a cigarillo in plastic is not Cuban. Happy smokin!

  • whats the red dot ..found where?,had some nice monties from the Dominican they were fake but still real good...the box said made in cuba with just an ink stamp and no date but had cello wrap like the real thing, who makes them ?50 bucks for 25 on the beach lol

  • Damn, makes me want a Robusto right now.

  • looks like the perfect job.

  • yes blastsniper... and so little time to smoke them

  • Ah the cohiba... a bachelor party favorite.

  • So many good smokes..
