I would consider working for the Chiss Ascendacy after the end.

They are more humane then the imps and there a lot of threats in the Unknown Regions.

Stopping them would be a favor for the galaxy.

Can you do that if you play as a Chiss?

@Choblik they don't account much for race in this game so I doubt it, after all there is that quest on Balmora where you have to cover up for the death of an Ascendacy diplomat even if you are a Chiss.
