It's generally accepted that about 50 MILLION people perished in WW2. I have no problem accepting that about 6 Million Jews perished, and tons of the Nazi's own documents can't be denied. That still leaves 44 Million "other" people died in the war. What about them? About 30 Million Christians died in the war. Don't WE count? When I hear of anyone "denying" the Holocaust it makes my blood boil. When I was a little kid in the late 50's and early 60's there were literally millions of people alive who had either survived, witnessed, or participated in the Holocaust. They really don't know anything about it because if they did they wouldn't post the comments they post. It's generally accepted that about 50 MILLION people perished in WW2. I have no problem accepting that about 6 Million Jews perished, and tons of the Nazi's own documents can't be denied. That still leaves 44 Million "other" people died in the war. What about them? About 30 Million Christians died in the war. Don't WE count? What happened to the Jews was atrocious, but what happened to the "other" MILLIONS was atrocious. Too much emphasis is put on the 6 Million Jews...

Let me know if you would like the link to a renowned Archaeologist who carried out excavations and found tens of mass graves full of bone and half burned corpses, and mass graves full of corpses that were never burned during the eradication of the evidence by the Nazis.
The evidence only doesn't exist in the minds of people like you. =)

Watch the Movie "The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas". It covers a period of a few months in the life of an 8 yr. old boy who's father is an SS "Camp Commandant". It allows you to see the war through the perspectives of a normal German family, their parents and children. The father, although a high ranking SS man is also cultured and likeable. The Jews portrayed are simply normal human beings reduced to starving wretches as inmates of the "Camp". The Holocaust is not ALL black and white...

When I hear of anyone "denying" the Holocaust it makes my blood boil. When I was a little kid in the late 50's and early 60's there were literally millions of people alive who had either survived, witnessed, or participated in the Holocaust. Even the SS and Gestapo participants didn't "deny" the Holocaust, they just tried to avoid prosecution by saying that they were merely "following orders", etc. No one denied the well documented event even though some made excuses for it's occurrence.

I'm a supporter of the current German and Austrian law that means that Holocaust denial is punishable by imprisonment.
