A virus doesn't need a high level language like C++ C# or C ect.
It just needs the capability to spread and multiply.
If you download the exe from my video and run it, you'll see a true batch file virus and it will spread overtime. Run it in sandboxie or virtual pc though, i take no responsibility whatsoever if u run it on ur comp and not in a enclosed area.

"Virus" number one was not a virus... you are just adding arguments to shutdown.exe.
-s means shutdown, -t means time, and the -c is a message, all you are doing is telling ur computer to shutdown in 10 seconds with a message that pops up...
If you save the notepad document as a .bat file (run in cmd) when you open it the virus will work. If you want to have it when the computer starts up click start, all programs, startup and put it on that folder.
