I own a speedster, and all I can say is , nothing beats driving around on a sunny day in summer with the roof off all waxed up, you feel like your driving a Lamborghini by all the looks you get! . And as for the power!, push the car to it's limits and your in supercar league , for the cost of buttons!, ha ha ha...

Speedster is dangerous car on wet road. Its excelent handling sports car but not for everyday use. Stering is hard but with excelent response, Driving in public roads with bumps is uncorfortabe.

For those who are asking where is the Ferrari and what kind of Ferrari is it... it is the farthest one, in blue... and no it is not a Superamerica it is a 456. I think the Superamerica would destroy all this car, including this legendry Speedster Turbo... The Speedster is one of a hell of a machine... A Lotus base with a better styling... just Amazing!!!!

Old vid but yea, Speedster kicks the living shit out of some stock cars no doubt.

Especially considering the price range :)

I like the N/A more tho, i just wish it had a few more HP in the rear end. 200HP N/A speedster would be awesome... and with a rev limit of 9k would be extra sweet :P

well you could always switch to 20xe, do a little tuneup and 200 hp you got :) Think they have tunings kits up to 300 hp NA for 20xe.

Firstly: That is an evo

Secondly: Speedster owns the evo, the engine in that car is equal with an OPC 2 engine which is also in use by Astra and Coupe who respectively are a few 100 kgs more in weight and can get in 0 - 100 in 6 secs.

Thirdly the speedster is so light that even a 147 hp one can easily follow those 3 powercars.

So why argue about it, it is not all about 4 wheel drive and V8 in this world. .

Are you nuts? Ive races plenty of Speedsters here in germany and they couldnt hold a candle to my evo when it was almost stock let alone now. Not to mention it wasnt an Evo in the video it was a STI.

shows a good difference between the NA and Turbo  VX... I prefer the NA for a few reasons but the Turbo's acceleration can not be in doubt! :)
