Larry - I couldn't agree more - In The Long Run happens to be my #2 fav song of Marks - of course Aimless Lady (and yes, I know Mark didn't write it, but still did the best with it)... always takes my cake :-) And I agree with you that more of the Funk's tunes should have been given more air play - but look at the time it was rollin out??????? life, she was a changing and changing fast!

@johnbambammorgan i have this song on the 30 years of funk 1969-1999 compilation cd relesaed in1999. it is also on the cd remaster were an american band as one of their bonus tracks. lee
