@joshgallman1 nothing dangerous eh? ever tried riding a fixie? going from free-wheel to fixed, you essentially have to re-learn how to ride let alone pedal. Getting anything caught (pants, laces, etc) in your chain means you WILL crash, and bailing on a busy intersection inbetween traffic is no picnic at 30-40mph.

All the videos you see are of people doing tricks, but for those of us getting around, it's really quite fun. You become one with your bike, being able to feel the road better.
