It is still possible of course that even non written tests are still biased in some way although its hard to see how when such tests reflect real practical problems in the real world.

There are differences in the races that are obvious, and its unlikely this is limited to physiology. But the difference here is so stark compared to common experience its clearly outside a standard deviation.
Something else is going on that is skewing these results. Bias is just one probability...

It's impossible to make a test that takes all aspects of an individual's intelligence. There will always be a bias against "someone". That's why the correlation between IQ and school (or whatever) are always off. IQ tests give an idea of one's abilities, that's all. They measure all people on a bell curve, like in school. The problem though, is that these tests are being used as a lazy way of seeding people, negatively for otherwise good applicants, positively for some quick witted jerks.
I think IQ could be used far more often. If i were about to s'tart a company and were about to hire for a function that does not already excist(lets say a new branche], I would totally look at IQ and not at school achievements. Asian countrys stress education immensely while having the facilitys to nuture that education. Culturally Asians tend to be reserved and disciplined opposed to Americans in general. In addition many American whites recieve private school educations at facilitys with programs better suited for success.

You probably read that on wikipedia and you unfortunately fundamentalised it. Normal kids are eager to learn. You don't know Terence so you don't know. His parents went to great lengths to give him oppurtunities by getting the media involved. He is very clever but a child being able to read at 2-3 years isn't that rare.
His parents very clearly said he learned how to read from watching sesame street by himself. So, even before they began 'encouraging' him, he was already taking initiative. All they did was give him the extra attention gifted children need. Some people like to think of that as 'hounding'. It is not. It would indeed be 'hounding' if Terence was a normal child (cos normal kids just aren't that eager to learn). But for gifted kids who are extremely curious and unusually eager to learn, it is NOT.

Look up Flynn, individuals taking an IQ test twice correlate at .85, meaning there is .15 variation in IQ scores between two different tests for individuals. .15 of 113 is about 17.
Your 131 is not very unusual. You need very large samples for these things to wash out.
The fact that the average IQ score doesn't mean that all of them have IQs of 85, you dummy. Many blacks are smarter than the average white. Stop generalizing.

If one population has a lower IQ average, it’s very unlikely that it's because of a specific DNA variation, actually it plays a very little role in IQ development

if different populations have the same enviromental circumstances for a while we would see the same development in both of them.

It's impossible to make a test that takes all aspects of an individual's intelligence. There will always be a bias against "someone". That's why the correlation between IQ and school (or whatever) are always off. IQ tests give an idea of one's abilities, that's all. They measure all people on a bell curve, like in school. The problem though, is that these tests are being used as a lazy way of seeding people, negatively for otherwise good applicants, positively for some quick witted jerks.

If i were about to s'tart a company and were about to hire for a function that does not already excist(lets say a new branche], I would totally look at IQ and not at school achievements. I think the problem with school achievements is you do not know whether a person just works very hard, or is smart.A person that works hard is great, but if put a on a function where it comes down to logically thinking, I would oppose to just a hard worker

Ah what a load of CRAP! If you claim that there's a "cultural bias", you'll have to PROVE IT. Explain which questions are "biased". So far, the only study that attempted this found that by eliminating the allegedly loaded questions, the results were even LESS favorable to blacks.
You will also have to explain why the OUTCOME in real life is so much worse for blacks, no matter where you look on the planet.

I can't remember if I posted my comment as a response for a comment or not, but I completely fail to notice the point where I express that I assume that the diffirence is caused by genetics. Anyway, I do assume that genes cause IQ diffirences between individuals because of the nature of human beings(, which makes the chance that diffirences in genome that affect IQ between "races"exist extremely likely).

Skin colour can change in 2 generations and back again. that means two white people could be very different inside.. Phenotype is no accurate measure of genetic variation or ethnic mix. The problem with that argument is that it implies that intelligence is fixed, concrete, is not malleable and that it can't be nurtured. IQ test measure intelligence on the basis of knowledge attained through study.
The ability for ones brain to recognize patterns is not limited or determined by race but by ones commitment and focus. It also doesn't account for individuals with non-indigenous/European admixture (which many American blacks have to varying degrees).

Again that argument falls flat when you introduced non-indigenous "blood" into the fold. So if there WAS some sort of gene for intelligence that those of European descent inhereted, then blacks (at least African-Americans) would have benefited from it by now. So the IQ score difference shouldn't be simply attributed to race but social, cultural and environmental factors.
Not to mentions there is no definitive or unambiguous proof that intelligence is fixed.

Asian countrys stress education immensely while having the facilitys to nuture that education. Culturally Asians tend to be reserved and disciplined opposed to Americans in general. In addition many American whites recieve private school educations at facilitys with programs better suited for success.
On the same token many blacks don't have the privelage or ability to go to these schools and tend to be culturally uncomitted all the while recieving mediocre educations.

IQ tests are not racist, they are objective measurements of intelligence, they have been re-affirmed by many biological criteria too. IQ according to latest studies, poses to be 40 to 80 % biological. Even head size correlates with IQ, .4 ratio, which is very significant.

Terence's parents simply tried their best to keep up with him and everyone brands that as 'pushing'. It is not. Gifted kids need extra attention and dedication or they will get bored pretty quickly

You probably read that on wikipedia and you unfortunately fundamentalised it. Normal kids are eager to learn. You don't know Terence so you don't know. His parents went to great lengths to give him oppurtunities by getting the media involved. He is very clever but a child being able to read at 2-3 years isn't that rare.

His parents very clearly said he learned how to read from watching sesame street by himself. So, even before they began 'encouraging' him, he was already taking initiative. All they did was give him the extra attention gifted children need. Some people like to think of that as 'hounding'. It is not. It would indeed be 'hounding' if Terence was a normal child (cos normal kids just aren't that eager to learn). But for gifted kids who are extremely curious and unusually eager to learn, it is NOT.

Normal kids aren't eager to learn? Says who? The most you can learn on sesame street is who are the ppl in you neighourhood and numbers 1-20. Any infant who is placed in front of this program will learn to read this way. That you attribute an infant learning to read from sesame street a sign of taking initiative is funnier than you quoting dogmatically his father's statement then defending it.

Identical twins raised apart have been found to have closer IQs that faternal twins. Proving genes are more important than environment.
If a brain is naturally smart, it likes to think, it becomes curious and wants to learn. If the brain isn't naturally smart, it doesn't want to think too deeply and avoids reading.
If blacks were truly equal then by chance they would out perform whites and asians somewhere in the world.

I agree with Crow. How intelligent are the people who question the differences between white and black IQ scores when other data supports the theory everywhere?
Look at the USA, no world. Blacks have a 50% dropout rate in America. Every city in the world goes up in crime when the black population grows.
Africa is so far beyond a mess it is HELL on earth.

people that are under stress will score lower on any test, .also a diet with brain food, cod liver oil with omega 3 essential food oil and psychoanalysis education ( the science of the mind...why people do what they do..all human action concern one of three issues and they are issues of POWER , SEX GRATIFICATION and SECURITY FROM DEATH..because they hold survival value for people.... ) anyways.this helped me to " read minds " and increased my IQ test score from 113 to 131 in two years

Look up Flynn, individuals taking an IQ test twice correlate at .85, meaning there is .15 variation in IQ scores between two different tests for individuals. .15 of 113 is about 17.
Your 131 is not very unusual. You need very large samples for these things to wash out.

The fact that the average IQ score doesn't mean that all of them have IQs of 85, you dummy. Many blacks are smarter than the average white. Stop generalizing.
