I actually think this video is her explaining that she cheated on him and he found out, hence her regretting everything because when the other girl in there she's seeing how he felt, the knife and blood represents her stabbing her in the back by betraying his trust, either that or she kills herself.

I think its that she had a boyfriend and he went off to war and got killed, so she always think of him sense she was in love with him and shes saying how he was the best and she wishes she was looking into his eyes and what not, but instead she has her new boyfriend. The point of the video, at least I think, is that she was sleeping around while dating someone and while she was doing so, for whatever reason, she was thinking of her man she was supposed to be loyal to. The blood and the knife at the end is supposed to show that she stabbed him in the back. The fact that he's just sleeping away and never notices the blood or her crying shows that she was sneaking around and he never knew she was betraying him.

@Sunnydayruin actually its not at all.. its a song about moving on after the one you were inlove with is gone (wether he's dead or broken up with you) its about how no one is ever as amazing as him, theyre just second best.. listen to the song again! You can feel her pain because she feels so guilty that shes still inlove with her first love and thats why theres blood cause she feels like shes stabing him in the back! No one will ever be as good enough cause her first love was the "best"! =(

My perception of this is that she was in a relationship, and they decided to see other people, hence the lines: "You said move on, but where do I go" and "You said their are tons of fish in the sea, so the waters I will test" But that she is still in love with the guy, and while she's "trying" to see other people she can only think of him. And in the other video, makes me believe that he said those things to her before going over seas, where he then died.
