ugh, whenever people say "dancer' it's always some break dancing street acrobat! where are the real dancers? classically trained ballet dancers, modern dancers, etc. It's just like the word modeling - anybody is a model. you can pose for a picture in the newspaper, and you are a 'model'. lmao. let me go look at svetlana zakharova!
@TheHoliday555 Sofia Boutella is a classically trained dancer. It just so happens that she wanted to broaden her dancing education & learned different forms. There are many break dancers that do look to the classic dancing styles for inspiration. The dance group LXD showcases a little Fred Astaire, a bit of breaking/street dancing & a bit of ballet. ?v=piBZ6KmnU2w The term dancer isn't just for one type of dance style. It's for all forms.
