I went to Birmingham Magistrates to explain why I was INNOCENT not to escape any fair prosecution.I discovered that there is NO justice in Courts, they find you guilty AUTOMATICALLY and say you can appeal to their mates in a higher Court.Hahaha, money making SCHEME.Original partnership team was Chief Constable Sir Paul Scott-Lee(knighted for services to issuing fines), Andrew Pearce(left to join a private camera company), and Adam Warwick(currently on bail awaiting trial for police fraud).

The Association of Chief Police Officers are a PRIVATE organisation which makes money by controlling the purchase and testing of speed cameras in the U.K, and profiting from driver speed awareness courses.They technically don`t make a profit because they distribute all the money amongst themselves.A lot of fraud is possible.Search`ADAM WARWICK FRAUD`on Google, to read about Adam Warwick, the P.R man for the West Midlands Speed Camera Partnership.He was part of a police team involved in fraud.

The point is you can`t trust any of them, and it`s very rare that they are found out.One minute they are judging you as a criminal, and next minute they are criminals themselves.USUALLY they take EARLY RETIREMENT, but Adam mistimed his exit.

Safety Camera Partnerships don't earn a penny from speed enforcement, they only get their running costs to maintain the operation. Your claim about 'if it earns them money' is absolute rubbish - the number of prosecutions is meaningless, they get their running costs back and that is all.

if you want to speed, then expect to be banned. stop complaining. I see no issues with the camera. If you lived on the road and your children had to cross over it, then you would want there to be a safe speed.

The above text clearly states those reviewing the images have targets and bonuses. These will be police civilian staff on a scaled salary, extremely tight and with zero bonuses. WHAT exactly is such a claim about bonuses based upon? This is complete fabrication. Equally how can there be any 'targets' when it is purely random how many speeders trigger the cameras?

No-one has every come forward and claimed there is anything of the sort suggested.

Any evidence for these outrageous claims?

It,s a dummy flasher,not all "cameras" contain a camera sometimes it,s just a flasher/counter.

This ACTIVE Gatso camera on the Bristol Road,Edgbaston can barely be seen at 17 seconds showing TWO faulty flashes(seen as blips)caused by an APPROACHING car.Totally DISGRACEFUL situation as the police partnership say ANYONE photographed MUST be speeding and must be punished(to meet their revenue targets).UNFORTUNATELY for anyone `caught`the secondary check is carried out by police civilan employees who have targets to meet.What happened to Justice?

Your text in the above clip states that there are conviction targets. What evidence is there to support that claim?

Also, what evidence do you have that there is a working camera in the above housing? If the radar is set to flash in both directions, it does not discredit evidence collected in the type approved direction.
