This is a first step and I think we should get more people involved in this inittiative. It might be better ideas than this, but we need to take advantage of the opportunitites we have today!
Hmmmm ... 127 views ... obviously OECD needs to take its social networking efforts a little bit further than a You Tube video. And therein may lay the problem.
By limiting interaction to a video, OECD effectively cuts off participation by a majority of the world's net populace - most places the net is too slow, patchy or sometimes just not there to bother about video.
This includes places like New Zealand, where, despite being in the alleged CBD of our biggest city, UT stalls, gags, crashes ..
