He started on a Team with Alex from Dynasty (The Monkeys?) then Alex kicked him off and he went to Ironmen then came back when Dynasty was created then went back to Ironmen

He said he loved the guys on dynasty but he has to follow his own path and that path was with the LA Ironmen. Life's full of choices and I think Ollie made the right one. He is doing quite well, sponsored by Dye and he gets a great pay and great products. He is a great and talented guy.

man, there's too much cursing going on in these tournaments.  it's hurting the public image of this game we all love. i think organizers should just ban players who can't express their thoughts any better.

I agree and disagree. I agree that they curse way too much but I disagree on banning the players. Almost all sports there are cursing. Lol, when I first watched NPPL on youtube (never been to watch and don't have it on cable) I was like wow they curse a whole lot.

i guess you're right. banning would be too harsh. i suggest giving penalty points at least. at majority of these tournaments, spectators are right up near the action. for parents watching these games and seeing this kind of behavior, it would most likely turn them off and dissuade their children from taking up the sport. also, kids might think this is the way this game should be played and start cursing themselves on the field. i'm sure there are better ways to pump the team than this.

the USPL (United States Paintball League) took over what the NPPL had left. I talked with, I think, the head of the organization and she said that the season opener will be Huntington Beach

Well it really depends. A5 200$ Air tank (Steel) 100$ Remote 50$ Car Stock 50$ Buttpack 30$ So you can get an A5 for about 430$ SLG 200$ Air tank (Fiber because you dont want to go remote with a speedball gun....) 200$ Electronic hopper 150$ So at the final the SLG is about 550$ I agree with you: the SLG is better than the A5 but the A5 is less expensive.

well first of all i was jsut talking about guns..secondly.. a5-200 air tank-60 non failing non 8inc brl..-60 mask-60 pod pack (buttpack wtf??) -50 440 SLG-200 air tank-120 mask-60 pod pack-50 loader/hopper-60 so its actually aroun 490. either way...id pay 200 more to have the SLG because the a5 is a piece of crap gas powered, inaccurate, heavy kick,uncomforatable, heavy,wide, ugly gun.

Well it really depends on what you're looking for and anyway if you can get a 68/4500 or even a 68/3000 fiber tank for 120 you're really lucky. And I must say that even if I prefer the SLG the A5 is not a bad gun for a woodsball/recball player and is a must for a milsim player...

well the biggest point is you can play Woodsball with a speedball gun but you cant play speedball with a woodsball gun. you can persay but woodsball guns dont workout for speedball. Used 45/45s and 68/45s are usually 100-130 and sometimes less if you know where to look. actually i bought a 68/45 today for 85 bucks. :-)

And the A5 (or the X7) is still the only real marker for any serious Milsim player.

yeah i understand what you mean and i can see where it would be fine for that situation because youre not always at attention. But in airball/speedball/hyperball i got wore out with my bigass x7, not to mention its easy to get gun hit with the cyclone. The are good gunes, and adding Picatinny rails is an awesome addition tippmann started doing ,but my x7 will never be my everyday shooter.
