i've never in my entire life seen a healer stand still for so long healing and not get attacked, something isn't right about this video... one part 3 enemies were attacking one while the shammy was healing him... that never happens.

you should use Grid instead of looking at moving blue bars.

or he can just drag out the groups from the raid tab, and light up the name plates that are in his range, thats how i do it
