  • I'm 13, and a gymnast. Our coach had us do these. Ya, it was a pain, but now we crush all the other gyms. Not only does this boost cardio strength, it really helps with your athletic attitude. We (my team) have better morale, and I for one am very sure of myself. looking forward to arm wrestling guys when school comes around... :D

  • Plyo Cardio during the first week is SOOOOO HARD!!! Watching this video makes me sympathize so much with you, but I know you crushed it in the end of the program
