No its power in Shikai is a high pitched sound that can knock someone unconcious and it can also create multiple blades. In Bankai it robs the opponent of all senses except for touch. In short, they can't see, hear, smell, or sense spiritual pressure while trapped in the space of his Bankai. But if his opponent can grab his Zanpakuto then they regain their senses unless they let go of the blade.

Resurrection gives the released from of the Arrancar's Zanpaku-to, an Arrancar's Zanpaku-to is their actual true form, once their Zanpaku-to is released, their true form will take place. Normally, the designs of the Arrancar's zanpaku-to can be seen as "shikai", since they take on shikai designs. but normal looking blades, for the most part. Aaroniero is thE ONLY Arrancar to have an actual Shikai. Grimmjow is the only ESPADA with a released form in this game, kthxbai.
