wcw didnt go under so to speak it was just vinces decision that he didnt want anymore competition so he bought it out. thats the kind of moron vince is.

he doesnt realize that competition helps you out in the long run compared to no competition whatsoever(tna isnt up there yet though it could be if managed right)

It was going to be brought out by someone regardless because after the merger, it was decided that the network didn't want wrestling anymore. Besides, regardless of what's going on on-screen, WWE makes more money today than when WCW was around. And WCW needed 2 be put out of its misery w/ how everything was going there for a year or 2 before it happened. However, I would've been very interested 2 see what Bischoff would've done had his offer gone thru n done his Big Bang PPV.
