This is not haarp, I am a meteorologist and this is a normal cloud formation when a high altitude front moves in at a slow pace (usually a awarm front cause they move quite slowly) and the confusiong at the upper levels in conjunction with the jet stream the coriolis as well as the instibility of both cold and NOW warm in the atmosphere, it changes overcast stratus clouds into these Broken stratus clouds, perfectly normal, depending on your GEO location of course, some places this is rare.
hell yes these are chemclouds,this is what NASA has named after an alto cumulus,im telling you NASA is a branch of the governement ,they are funded by the nwo,the same bastards who spray our skies...its about brainwashing the masses into sleepwalking droids,we have these same chemcloids in Hawaii,yet the people would laugh at me if i told them so,i see this video for what it is 5 *****
