Once you beat the game you can go back into the Animus and kill anyone without desynchronizing. Also you have unlimited Eagle Vision even if you are not fully synchronized.

the game is insanely repeptetive and i got bored on the 4th assassination so its layed unplayed in my bedroom for months but i think iv found a new use for it, like the guy who made the video did, rent it and do whatever u want on it its got very little replay value as uv done it all 9 times

he's using the stelth kill. it allows you to make a kill without being noticed. however, i don't think the game developers anticipated that people would go on stealthkill sprees. which is funny, since it's one of the games best "replay value" qualities. :D

the AI simply isn't set up to react differently when there's multiple dead bodies. they react the same as if they'd found one person lying in the street.

Its supposed to be "Low Profile". That means none knows whats happening. Even if they are looking right at the person when it happens, they probably won't know what exactly did happen.
