I bought this guitar (a D-11) in a sketchy pawn shop years ago. The neck was bowed back a little, but after some truss rod adjusting and heavy college text books, I made it playable.
It has a GREAT sound that this video doesn't come close to capturing. It's not a thin sounding guitar at all, but it's not too booming or too tinny - really balanced tone. I play it with .11s or .12s usually. The action is superb! Can't praise it enough! :D
I seen a transparent blue finish on this guitar and I love it. For a cheap price i was worried about how it sounds and thank goodness that somebody on youtube has this guitar and can demo it. Is it easy to chord or pick? I don't like guitars that the strings are a mile off the fret board.
Great great cover ! Have you tabs please !!
