@Violettts Sunburn and Something Like Human are their best public albums.

In between Something Like Human and Natural Selection, Brett (lead singer) got into a car crash and broke his nose pretty badly. That severely limited his singing skills in Natural Selection, but it's still a decent album.

Actually Bret is fronting a band called fuel and touring under the bands name, but not the same band. I guess because all the original members cant get along enough to do a full blown reunion.

I love Fuel, but it sucks that Bret was a lip syncer, and Carl wrote all the lyrics. Still a great band though none the less. I had seen their current ex-lead singer (Toryn Green) I a few years back, do a solo show. He sounded so much like Bret is was scary.

@NAPTOWNNUISANCE I don't really think Carl's accusation of lip syncing was accurate, unless we're talking about when Brett was having trouble singing (injury or not). I've seen a bunch of their live shows, and Brett wasn't lip syncing those. Also, the label only allowed Brett one song to write per album, or something like that. I'm not sure why they only let Carl write most of the songs.

Due to copyright issues SONY/BMG is removing a great majority of their artists' videos and having them uploaded via VEVO so that they can be compensated for the songs. On one hand, I can't blame them for getting paid for what rightfully belongs to them. However, when it comes to buffering/overall quality of the music videos, EVERY fan made video that I have seen is better than this VEVO shit.
