77musica - most people don't realize - but rap music's roots are Jamaican. What is called a DJ here - was called a "selector" in Jamaica. DJ Kool Herc brought that to the Bronx back in the 70's. A sound boy burial is what you would call a "clash" in Jamaica. It's where "battling" came from in rap. This was BCC's hottest track beside the Buck Em down remix. I respect more for paying homage to rap's roots. This should have 100,000 views at least.

Boot Camp Click wasn't the only rappers influenced by Jamaican slangs. Listen to KRS-1 (one the greatest lyricist) on the first BDP album "Criminal Minded". Also if you look at some of the best lyricists they were either born in Jamaica or born to Jamaican parents somewhere else - Slick Rick, Special Ed, Chubb Rock, Biggie Smalls....
