  • lolol who needs brakes tho, my friends civic field car has none XD

  • if you want to learn hot to lubricate a clutch or how to install a band brake on a go kart then go to my channel: George2011k

  • SAWEET HIS ASS IS UGLOY AS HELL.

  • the back looks good but the front is pos

  • makes vids of your sis washing cars, you know something we can FAP to.

  • I think you need to paint it.

  • Sweet go kart looks kinda uncomfortable but sweet lol good job

  • u could of used a Bit of string for the throttle

  • if you burned out would it be green smoke? haha

  • @Paintballboy54 The smoke would still be white, You get white smoke from black tires right?

  • @mcl768 ive seen green tires with green smoke black tires with black smoke orange with orange smoke etc. so i was just wondering

  • @Paintballboy54 That's true. But yeah my tires would make white smoke. I don't think it could spin them fast enough though lol.

  • Where'd you get the electric start?

  • @Isjix The engine came with it installed.

  • @mcl768 Oh. I've been looking for one can't find one anywhere. need it for my gokart aswell.

  • @mcl768 Lucky.

  • In redneck country, Stripped Mini cart with wheels from RV rides you.

  • it had a key start y pull

  • Very Cool Kart ....like the gear reduction setup. That Honda 20HP ought to move you along pretty good once you've got the brakes installed.

  • dude try driving with a gas pedal much easier

  • da gone ur sister is purty

  • is it street legal because ive been driving my go kart in my back yard and messing up the grass not knowing is its street legal

  • yes it is

  • have that old jack shaft?

  • why is the backwheel green?

  • @Rs994ever They are green because they used a specialized vulcanization process when the tires were manufactured so that they could be colored. they have red, yellow, blue, orange... I liked the green the best.

  • nice looking sister of yours

  • I'm guesing that with that setup you're looking for torque and not speed...

  • @MarvinSanti Correct.

  • the cluch drum is on there wrong ur soposed to see the inside of the cluch

  • @josiahcuster97 no it's on right

  • @onionman113 idk how you set yours but i leave my chain under the protechtion of the out side of the cluck and the side of the motor all you have to do is is take off the cluch and flip it

  • @josiahcuster97 no your wrong it's okay the way it is

  • @onionman113 what the helk are you talkin about im not wrong how am i wrong ask any flat kart racer and they will tell you im rite

  • Cool.. !

  • there not gas pedal lol XD thats geto

  • Its A Piece Of SHIT!!!

  • haha got better Go-KART than you

  • back left tire is warped

  • @burtboy213 Just a little bit.

  • he "kart" sucks ass! jz buy a real one! mod. karts sucks ass man! your dumbo

  • trop nul les mec

  • It looks like a smart car with out its bodyy

  • veryyy nice :D

  • @mysticdarkness2 Thank You.

  • keep the chain drive and add a torque converter. thing will RIP with that gear on it.

  • @gonitronow That is exactly what I did, Check out my newer videos to see it.

  • were do u get the clutch?????/

  • @joeyisthebest I got it from northerntool. com

  • if it were me i'd put the 60 tooth sprocket on the jack shaft and put the sprocket thats on the jack shaft on the axel. then, i'd put the disk brake closer to the frame. this will give you more ground clearence. I dont know if you want to take it anywhere other then your neighbor hood but if u did take to some ORV park then you'd definetly want to do that. When you get the gas pedal in you should test drive it for power. if its not powerful enough i'd go ahead and put a Dirt bike motor on it.

  • @marffy30 you know thats a great idea

    -igozdor01

  • how did you come up with that jack shaft design? it's bad ass man... love it!

  • i run u over

  • thats pretty cool!

  • nice did you made it in your own??... i have also go karts .. if you want to watch ;)

  • Yes I built it myself, I'll check out your channel.

  • where did you get the clutch from is that the heeter enforcer. Its not a outboard clutch it the one i need.let me know please

  • "whoa its fast i went 2 miles an hour."

  • did you read the description maybe you will know why and not make stupid comments

  • i have a moded 20 hp off road manco scorpion gocart. wanna race? lol

  • i wanna race u i will smoke u, i got a race kart, i beat a atv, check out my videos

  • It depends on the type of race, you would probably beat me in speed events, But off road I would beat you. They are built for 2 completely different things, so one of us will always have an advantage over the other, depending on race conditions. Apples to oranges kind of thing.

  • thats true, i got a 5hp briggs go-kart engine and i want to change it but i dont know what to ge?? any help, i want to have alot of acceleration and be powerful.

  • @georgequinn12 It depends on the type of cart and how much room you have.

  • @georgequinn12 I would go with a Briggs & Stratton 1150 series engine. It will fit most go kart frames and has 11.5 ft-lbs of torque (thus 1150 series). add a torque converter and voila! a WICKED kart.

  • Haha, i'll destroy you if your running 4-stroke

  • chick is hot

  • im building one alot like this one now, i found that making the pivot point the jackshaft and raising the motor above the drive axle will cut down on the length and weight. lighter/faster. ill post vids when im done if yur interested

  • "theres no gas petal yet" lol

  • its a cross cart not a go cart

  • I have never heard of a cross cart.

  • woo its fast he says as he drives down the street at 3 mph lol

  • I said its fast referring to the acceleration, As the title says this was the first time we had driven it, and I thought that because of the weight it would not respond to the throttle as much as it did, it is difficult to get a good speed reference at that distance and angle.

  • dont break any speed records lol what a couple of lol i cant say it

  • Why so many sprockets? To reduce loading the crankshaft?

  • It is not setup this way anymore, I have a belt drive CVT Clutch in its place, But yes you are correct, the jackshaft in the middle was to reduce speed and increase torque.

  • on the rear axle how did you bolt it to the frame? what kind of bearings did you use

  • you'd get a lot more torque if you took out that smaller first sprocket

  • no u wouldn't its a 2:1 ratio on the first 2 sprockets and a 6:1 on the second two. taking out the first set would decrease torque and increase speed

  • Exactly Right, it would make it half as strong and twice as fast...in a perfect world, but it is just too big go gear it that high, I'd burn up the clutch.

  • yea i saw u got a torque converter in ur other vid. good call. i just ordered a torque a verter but it cost $315 cuz of the whole comet out of business thing.

  • that's exactly my point. That shit is slow as fuck.

  • sorry i mistyped my comment. I meant get more speed if you remove the sprocket.

  • That sucks

  • i saw a homemade go cart a couple years ago that somebody had to ride on the back to give it gas because it didnt have a pedal

  • Why are the tires green?

  • because thats the color they were made

  • it's only rwd....

  • Ok i race lawn mowers, so maby ime wrong cuse i dont dont do go carts, but wouldnt you whant to have a larger tooth on the engine, like a 5 or 6" and a smaller one on the tranny, that would make it go much faster. But i could be wrong, i use a belt driven not a chain.

  • no, your right

big in the front and small in the back is faster

    but you lose acceleration

  • i like it

  • i like the design. do you have any tips for building this? im working on one of my own and i like the rear swing arm on yours. just having alittle trouble puttin it all together.

  • ur sis looks pretty good

  • you high foo ?

  • Perfect, more junk for your yard

  • Garbage

  • hes right your back left tire it looks like the axle is bent

  • i have a 4X4 off roader named GOKART, with monster truck PK (1500) and ferrari engine goes 100KM (150mph) in 3 sec.

    easy hey lieing?

  • I got a bigger GOKART than you I have a 1998 Skydoo snowmowbile on my gokart. With the snowmowbile cluches on it. It can get up to 100mph in about 20sec.

    BEAT THAT!!!!!

  • Your back left wheel isn't properly aligned.

  • The neighbors must love hearing that going up and down the street!!!

  • ton essieu est ben croche

  • thats the same one kylemonkey made

  • swweet

  • where did you get the clutch from been looking for one for the same motor for years

  • and thats all i have to say about that.

  • you got a hot sister...

  • gear it down to have a faaster top speed, it would be perfect...

  • jeah, very nice electric start!

  • haha...... "sister washing cars"

  • lol oh yeh i ride my kart with no brakes 2.... always fun till you hit your dads car <.<

  • motosurfff!!! lol kwansoo dude!

  • ur sisters cute lol

  • wheels are buckled

  • i think you would have beeen just a lil better off with a belt clutch

  • nice electric start

  • Sweet buggy. hw big did u say that engine was because it has alot of power. I have a few questions. why do u have it running from the clutch to a sproket then from another sproket to the main gear. how come u just didnt do a direct link from the clutch to the shaft? What are the advantages. And What weer those shocks called. thx

    Richard.

  • what kind of clutch did you put on there??

  • Its a comet 40 series.

  • hey, love that electric start!

  • wow the jack shaft works like it supposed too............

  • rims are bent if u cant see by the tire wable you should prolly fix that before it loosing the sprocket and causes a fuck up

  • it's called an optical illusion. the dirt on the tires make it look like the tire is wobbling. you can see the same type of thing on those huge

..nevermind, i just watched it again, and you're right. that's a huge problem.

  • your idle on tht engine is very high dude...

  • you got the clutch on backwards. teeth are supposed to be in towards the motor. youll wear the bearings out in the clutch in no time...

  • looks ok to me...

  • i raced alcohol go carts that did 80. looks fine... only a matter of time till its warn out. i blew tons of clutches that were over $400 dollars for racing... ah again, wtf do i know tho?

  • eh, i had a go-kart back in the day that was mounted like that and worked fine, so i guess i don't know much either. course it was only five horse, so who knows...

  • ya i started out with a homemad cart with a five horse and the clutch was mounted like that i the bearings just went to shit. if you think about it tho it makes less stress on the inside then the outside but watev.

  • i have the same engine on my go kart im building

  • that looks like it goeds 15mph

  • sweet

  • yea i wondered that too about his sister but still, thats a nice setup you got there, im 17 and into the same shit and built a similar kart, dont listen to peoples shit on here

  • looks like a compressor motor to me

  • wooow someone needs a hug...does it make you feel better....now that you have been proven pathetic

  • whoa dude, fuck off, i think its pretty neat, nice suspension, btw id like to see you make this in the amount of time and cost that they used

  • i love how every nieghbor has atleast 1 pickup. rofl i wanna live there

  • I got run over by a go-kart once bc the clutch froze up.

InsaneJim (2 weeks ago) Show Hide +1 Marked as spam | Spam have fun trying to keep those berrings in that centrifugal clutch lubed. if it takes off without you when you start it you will know what im talking about. try puting a comet snow mobile Torque converter on in there kind of pricey but you will be glade you did.

  • Nice projekt mate!!

  • is your sister single?

  • have fun trying to keep those berrings in that centrifugal clutch lubed. if it takes off without you when you start it you will know what im talking about. try puting a comet snow mobile Torque converter on in there kind of pricey but you will be glade you did.

  • if you want more power, and to make it more workable, get a different muffler, and a carb off of a 250cc trike or something, those carbs arent made to drive a go cart

  • if its electric start how come u started it by hand?

  • I didn't have the battery connected.

  • take it off some sweet jumps :P

  • a good position to drive....LoL

  • my go cart has the same engine

  • tpt

  • The chick in the vid is hot. Gimmie her nummer.

  • you no those motors have a nuertal you can hook up ehh

  • I hope those tires are spongy if you're riding rough terrain. No suspension...

  • there is suspension, and it works well

  • aren't you losing power by running two chains ?

  • I probably am losing some power due to friction, but it is such a small amount that it is negligible. Power=work/time. I am using the 2 chains to gear it down and increase the amount of work it can do (pull more weight) but it will take longer since the wheels turn slower...increase work, decrease time...power remains constant.

  • same principal as a torque converter.

  • Hey, that aint no honda, thats a honda clone.

  • Same thing...

  • It Is Crap

  • i have a quadbike

  • why didnt you just go from the clutch to the axle? y do u need the extra sprockets?

  • With 22 inch tires i need to put the extra sprockets in there to reduce the ratio, and increase torque, without them it would just burn up the clutch.

  • my go kart does 60

  • nice

  • Have a video? Let's see it in action.

  • Cool, Let's see a video of it.

  • yeyeyeyeyeyeye a videooooooo mate... dooo it.

  • one of the wheels looks loose

  • good idea probably has a lot more torque now

  • video is very nice

  • This is a nice gokart i have one dat i built amlostlike yours but mine a bit longer like a drag racer but its off road.

  • thats pretty cool buddy.

also your sister looks pretty hot gotta be said

  • Love your idea, but I'd hate to see you get all cut up on those open sprockets.

  • your neighbors probably love you for al that noise

  • why is it so slow???

  • watch?v=kKzAkNxeZoQ , it isnt that slow watch that video

  • oh ok lol
