@Caelistas Halo Wars is (or was) pretty popular and the controls worked perfectly. There's too many PC RTS games out nowadays. Consoles bring out the perfect amount of RTS games or maybe a bit less than I'd like but I wouldn't go as far to say 3 or 5 games. We don't need to sift through hundreds of games to find the good ones.

@GrantFerSure Dude i totally agree that genres such as racing games, sports games, fighting games are much better to play with either a) a console or b) a pc using an xbox/ps3 controller. Realt time strategy games is one of those genres that in order to get it playable with a controller you have to BUTCHER the entire user interface and use a lot of it depths. If you can't agree that mouse and keyboard are easier, faster, more accurate for rts games(and fps) then you are a terrible fanboy.

Rts are made to be played with a mouse and the keyboard keys are used to hotkey your troops and stuff, they are NOT useless. If there was a multiplatform rts i'd DARE you to play against any regular pc gamer, you will get your ass handed to you with your controller.

@Caelistas I used to play against my friends on LAN and I would use a controller instead of a keyboard and I would win almost every time. C&C is just as good if not better on console. In fact, I'd say it's better because console is dedicated to just gaming, and the hardware is more suited to the game.

@Caelistas PC is not 20 times more powerful than an Xbox or PS3, not even 5 times. In fact Ps3 had an 8 core cpu when PC was still learning to use 2 cores. Even the airforce ditched PC when building a processing center, and instead they went with a room full of PS3 all linked and running linux. Sure consoles might have smaller graphic cards, but they are also 1/5 the size of a monster gaming pc. So of course pc has somewhat better graphics, but it is not dedicated hardware.

I know because I built my own and besides most PC games didn't even take advantage of all of the cores in the beginning. - perhaps food storages to maintain large infantry armies (NO unit cap though!)
