This synth has a real vintage vibe to it. I should imagine its because the components used are high quality but old school in design?

I like the fact you don't compromise on sound/build quality. It makes it worth owning.

@John- yes- really thinking about it- although folks seemed to like it- for me micromac was too close to micromoog.....which isn't fair on them! No- vortex has got a spacey feel to that I like.............almost EMS like in way that I can't work out!
