  • My favorite, and yes, I did drop a tab or two back then.

  • John Lennon ------- Rolling Stones (that's not a knock on RS, John & Beatles wee THAT good)

  • God this song is great. I never dropped acid with this on hand, but it would have been awesome.

  • Certainly the best song from that album in my opinion, maybe the only good one.

  • well, you just have to love this album. night you all. take care.peace. see you soon.

  • fantastica canzone psichedelica che ho conosciuto dai Danse Society

  • I have to cover this for school Just so I can work on my mixing and EQ! This will be fun!

  • for me this album was a masterpiece..if they had carried on with being creative when jones died ...but they went rhythm and blues after jones

  • Hottest Rolling Stones in order:

    1. Mick Jagger

    2. Keith Richards

    3. Ronnie Wood

    4. Brian Jones

    5. Charlie Watts

    6. Bill Wyman

    7. Mick Taylor

  • Sounds like Yoko on backing vocals at 2:00 lol

  • Wyman loved this. His bass playing's exceptional too.

  • Good tune and it's a trip

  • I only knew the Danse Society cover of this, it's blowing my mind!

  • Very under rated album .

  • i see johnny ol' lennon

  • @cesarmanuel51

old john lennon WISHES he could see himself in this - he wishes he was ever this good.

  • @charlieismydarling but he was good him and the beatles are the same rate as the rolling stones

  • the best song of r s

  • dedicada ami tio,hermano y tambien maestro ruben,donde quiera que estes,te mando 1 saludo wey,te extraño mucho.

  • I remember when this song came out. Creative and haunting.

  • HUGELY influential upon the development of Space Rock.

  • It's hard to believe this is the same band that will record Jumping Jack Flash and Beggar's Banquet. Then again 1967 produced a lot worse than this.

  • @OroborusFMA Excuse me, worse? This is fucking awesome

  • this is your brain on stones......

  • Awsome song. The Stones' reply to Sgt Pepper although there is no comparison. The Beatles were always two steps ahead of everyone. Sgt Pepper was the greatist of all time!!!!!

  • Haahhh Nice hat Mick lol

  • wheres the intro

  • @80sHeavymetalthebest Exactly: TSMR on repeat thats what saved me and guided me -36 years from now A VERY nice exp. But this is a very freaky drug- it starts where other drugs end...so be careful out there : )

  • Ive done lsd and it completly freaked me out.

I remember falling down on the ground while trying to put on this record after i listened to pink floyd`s "The wall" album.

"Their satanic majesties" Started playing .. i fell on the ground and i was laying there for 2 hours straight , the album was on repeat and it felt as if the album lasted like forever.

I lost it .. but it was a good experience .. so listen to this record if youre ever gonna do psychedelics ..

  • If you ever try LSD (wich I dont recommed!!), this album is a very good guide. You will be cosmos-bound.

  • Great Tune,Great Mellotron...

  • The best Stones song ever, better than all the others that allude to all the women he has fucked, or any drug related songs.

  • Great Stones song, big thumbs up

  • Yes. In deed. Multiple times. Was distracting but the mortar for a foundation too.

Good to have the Stones along with so much else 'back then'.

Like Wavy Gravy said: 'we were right ... I regret nothing.' God Bless All.

  • i have gone from this to

    "Garden of Earthly

    Delights"

    by Arzachel :]

  • I loved this album when it hit the market, but Stone loyalists hated it. Back then, everyone was producing a "psychedelic" album. Even a soul band -The Chambers Brothers, came out with "Time has come today."

  • My favorite Stones song. I'm probably projecting, but I feel this song carries over the emptiness Brian Jones must have felt as Jagger and Richards gradually took his band away from him.

  • One of my top 5 favorite Stones songs. As sinister and psychedelic as anything from the late 60s. Musically it's just fantastic.

  • @Tuzotonic what are your other 4? just curious

  • "Bell flight 14 you now can land. See you on Aldebaran, safe on the green desert sand. It's so very lonely, you're 2000 light years from home..." Awesome song from the Stones!

  • Love the stones favorite band ever! And this one album and this song is really fucking good! I think this song is way more psychedelic than anything on sgt peppers and I am freaking out cUse infeel 2000 light years from home! *______*

  • We can't say this album is better than Sgt. Pepper's. But this album is damn good near it.

  • This song is so awesome. If you never did it tripping, go get a tab now... You will be at least 2000 light years from home. Oh? Did I rip that phrase off? Wow, man, I thought I invented it. . . pass me the doobie... Oh?! I've got it - wow, dude. . . that shit must be stronger than I thought... great shit, man!

  • @TravelerDiogenes u make me laugh

it freaks me out that we can get that from a tab

that's just a piece of cardboard

  • Beatles got the Sgt Peppers honors, but the Stones performed the best song of the era by a Brit band.
