CMOS technology has been the backbone of the semiconductor industry for the past 40 years but because of sub 14 nm feature size requirements, emerging technologies such as spintronics will be used.
This is the best video about the memories using the CMOS.........These videos are like the real teacher for the students of RGPV university...........Hats off to you.........
@mayankipsa not quite, he didn't mentioned for ROM production all the transistors are in there because the production process is cheaper, nor why, how the floating gate persists the electrons when turned off
thank you so much, i have an oral exam tommorrow in which i need all that, and thanks to this vid i have finally understood everything!!! woohoo Dr. Dasgupta RULES!!!!
Thank you very much for this lecture. I actually went to sleep last night thinking about how I don't really understand the fundamental mechanics of memory storage - thanks to you, now I do! :D
on sunlight it would take months or years...the answer is no, teh chip is not constructed for normal UV wavelength...just buy a Eprom eraser on ebay for 30 dollars and youre will be pleased..otherall you have to put them for almost 40 min on UV exposure and u can erase several eproms at the same time
Thank you sir!! Wonderful learning experience.
