Oh ya, this is the new norm'... just look UP!!!

  • I live in the USVI and they are here too!

  • come to Minnesota and you will see one in downtown every single time you look up.We also have bald eagles hawks in the summer and owls.

  • Man. I could watch those all day.your sure lucky, and I'm sure jealous. What amazing creatures.

  • Rc falcon helicopter

  • "Thanks for the falcon....."

  • 1:21 you can feel his power whene he is watching you

  • Some of these birds were living near this house my Dad had rented, and we just started to move from that house. So, as we were leaving, a few of them were returning from a hunt or something, and they turned around and followed us to our new house, which is in more of a forest area. Now I get to see them flying around our house at 200 mph permanently. :D

  • gorgeous. i would be out on that balcony all day!

  • Magnificent hunter/fliers! Do you know if it's a Peregrine Falcon or a Red-tailed Hawk that's taken up residence in the dome of the Rhode Island State House? I often see it sitting on top of the head of The Independent Man before it swoops up and off for its next meal.

  • Lol wild falcons don't get that close 2 humans! Especially in denmark they don't!

  • IT SEEMS HE HAS AN IDENTIFICATION IN HIS LEG

  • no trespassing: trained attack falcons

  • in USA-CANADA peregrine falcon are coming each summer from south america so far Peru

  • hey i have 3 pregerine falcon here in pihlippines we caught it last april 2011

  • What incredibly graceful birds. This grace is especially high lighted at 1:17. Look at them go!

  • Gosh...! they are gorgeous!

  • to needing some hawks here in the apartment to reduce the proliferation of pigeons they are not a pest but I am against the pigeons rise very much dirt

  • they dont look so fast... how can they go 382 k/h?

  • @TAM3R312E the falcon has to fly to a great altitude before it dive bombs at speeds over 200mph

  • Beautiful!!!! Check out the live web cam on falcons, Great Horned Owls, hummingbirds, eagles.... all at Ustream! They are all with eggs or babies just born.

    ustream.tv/channel/ellis-bird-farm-owl-cam

  • are they wild and still have tags on their feet ? :D I mean does somebody takes care of them meaning tagging and such?

  • cute

  • lol @1:16 Someone in the street got pwned

  • they bit ?

  • how did you get this video?

  • I wish we could have a few of those move in near us.

  • New York City needs like a bazillion of those... They can get rid of the RATS

  • They're divebombing you and complaining, you must be close to the nest.

  • You, Sir, are ridiculously lucky to have gotten a front row seat for the Peregrines' aerial displays!!

And WOW... A band! Did you ever get a good look at the number?

  • one of these actually cleared out the pigeons in my neighborhood , my mother-in-law came home to it trying to kill the pigeon in the driveway O.o

  • lol...at 1:16 it took a dump and it probably landed on someones head down below

  • @hemmingway28 haha

  • thats so bad ass that you can play the call and they come.

  • we should have a few of them here in NYC. It'd a nice way to control the pigeons..

  • Just dont leave your pets on the porch !!

  • I live about 15 minutes from here. They are great in reducing the pigeon population. Awesome birds.

  • Mmmm, I´ve seen a couple of times this video, and now I realize that perhaps and old resident of the apartement use to feed them....there's a word for that here in Chile, "aguachado" (something like awachado in english), wich defines the condition of a half domesticated animal. Coll vid by the way, unfortunately, I don't see much nature vids of my own country...I'll have to wait for NatGeo and Doscovery channel to come and visit us...not only because of our great earthquakes...

  • @MrRodrigoOpazo - this is not an apartment, it's a tall building in the downtown area. these birds are netsting high up on these buildings. which is why they are at first they were introduced to control pidgeon populations. they have thrived and spread. i live about 10 minutes from downtown and we have two that come and nest each summer. awsome to watch but extremely loud squacking that can go on for hours as soon as the sun comes up.

  • @plantseeds

So they are cute but noisy? Mmmmm, anyways, seems bettert (and less stressing to me) hearing any sound coming from Mother Nature (birds usually wake me up), even if they are strong SOBs like thunders or earthquakes (We have a lot here at home). Nice info by the way, here at home we also need hawks to eat pigeons (flyin' rats).

  • 1:17 showing ultimate disrespect

  • you must be near there nest

  • What beautiful birds..

    Great footage too!

  • did they escape from Roger Williams Zoo???

  • @jarcar202 No, they are wild. link in the description to the newspaper article.

  • how can you not to try nd catch one.

  • @Eloshly cause you are not a poor idiot

  • @Eloshly wot do u mean why dont u try 2 catch one r u mad they belong in the wild it would be a crime 2 catch one u sad person,if that bloke did catch one unless he knew what he was doing with the peregrine it would most certenley die so best just leave well allone.

  • lol, it just ruined someones day at 1:16

  • @andiO3 I Dont mind your english because mine is allot more bad ass:)

oke no it issn't right to sell falcons and owls in a pet shop( would be much easyier)

But I think when you know all the thinks you need, and got al the things you need, like telemetrie. i would be right. but the fucking cabinet of the netherlands wants an new law that make's it harder to buy falcons and even make it possible to havenn't hold falcons and owls. ps Sorry 4 my english :$

  • @jumpmeq1 ^^ well, yes. if the people know how to handle this animals they can have them as a "pet" at home. but if they only sit in the house or else... the problem is: who investigate that? that applies to dogs and so on too i think, but we shouldnt discuss about this facts in this tread ;D (god, i hate my english xDD)

  • @andiO3

In The Netherlands You even dont need to be a falconer to buy these birds. but its much better when you know how to handle these birds. well i am 15, in the morning going to school for normal stuf. in the evening going to school to get a falconer. and when i get 16 i get a Little Owl (Athene Noctua) from my parents and when it is going good to train i get a falcon:).

so when you do al your best and put al your energy in it you can get anything you want.

  • @jumpmeq1 I´m falconer since i´m 16 and i think you make it right ;D

okay...well, i forgott that you don´t need to be a falconer in every country. and i also think that have to be changed. owls or falcons in a petshop? i dont know...but what should or better can we do?^^ actually nothing :/ ps sorry 4 my english xD

  • but feeding is so much easier ;D

  • nice vid but the fake audio is crap

  • @juanastanbridgealive

"entering in their wild" ......... hahahahahaha

"abcourse they preciosos" .......... EVEN BETTER !!!!!!!!

these are hilarious ... keep 'em comin'

  • افا يالرخمة قدامك ولا تشرك لها

    يالبى هالبحرية

  • que linda criatura!

  • actually you can own a peregrine falcon and most birds of prey for the use of falconry leagally, different rules in different countries, states or provinces, for the most part they are captive bred as wild caught is illeagle in many places but some allow juveniles up to 1 year of age to be caught

  • i buy falcons

  • stunning birds

  • The audio and vid on this is horrendously out of sync. You using one of those kid cams to shoot it, or you just horrible at all sorts of filming? I am glad George Lucas ain't you.

  • FOOL OF A TOOK!

  • I would be: "Come to me, falcon" with my fist closing. They belong in the wild: I don't see why people keep wild animals as pets.

  • woow they are beautiful...they seems very protective ..hey yea the belong in the wild but we are the one who are entering in their wild. so lets share our city with them as long is no ignorant people hurts them...abcourse they preciosos....

  • I'm surprised people weren't calling the police suspecting another 9/11 attack.

  • kill the pigeons, the flying rats

  • nice .... gotta band

  • can you feed them something?

  • @Selrahcx they don't need feeding they can look after themselves

  • Gotta love the city's pigeon control program.

  • OMG!!!

  • like your video's

  • Beautiful birds =D

  • How great to get so close to them!! I realize there is telephoto involved, but still! Great video. Thank you for sharing. The two at the end, sitting on the railing, make me think they are wearing striped pants and vest.

  • You've got a really nice HD camera. Beautiful shot of the peregrine.

  • Awesome birds. They are obviously bothered by you being there though. All those swoops at you are because they feel threatened that you are there.

  • they have clocked some peregrines in the 250 mph range

yeah i feel sorry for the ducks too

  • why would you bother them around their nest?? whats wrong with people today its more the animals world than ours. be respectful to them

  • @InsidiousGod1059

    good comment

they are animals ,like the camera man

  • @InsidiousGod1059

    good comment

they are animals ,like the camera man

  • Falcons: "Get the hell off our balcony!"

  • Is this during their nesting season? If so, would you not be committing a federal crime, disturbing them?

Regardless, you are clearly disturbing them, & that is not admireable.

  • Your fucken stupid tierren

You can't buy eagles as pets they are illegal dumbas

    Save your retarded comments

  • @eduardojauregi

you can buy eagles as "pet"

    if you´re a falconer.

    f.e. a golden eagle ^^

and f.e. in america you can get a bald eagle as well :P

  • Auf dieses Video antworten... oh well i forgott: you can´t handle this wonderfull bird of prey with 4 years ;D

  • So pretty. I got to hold a Peregrine at an outdoor convention a few years ago. Her name was Aiden; one of her wings were crippled. Such a neat bird.

  • F5 to skip adds thumbs up so peeps can see

  • 1:14 i really hope it didn't fall on anybody's head that would be funny

  • DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE i CAN BUY A BALD EAGLE ? ITS FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD NIECE. THANKS

  • @tierren Sorry, it's illegal

  • @tierren Why the Hell would you give a four year old such a majecstic bird!? It belongs in the wild and 4 year olds are mainly interested in pulling cats' tails!

  • @DragonologyStudent

You say it belongs in the wild... show me something more wild than a 4 year old!

  • @retardno002 Good point. LoL

  • @retardno002 my dicc in a 4 year olds ass

  • @tierren It's illegal to own any endangered species, a federal felony offense. (Often international, too) You are looking at some years for even attempting to buy one. You ever talked to the FBI/CIA before? They might have a real interest in you. Most birds of prey are endangered?

  • @tierren Tierren, what is your name/address? I need to have some people talk to you....

  • wow! good stuff...

  • i wish i had the guts to let my lanner free ....

id worry too much if she gets 10 feet away from me :/

  • the falcon @ 2:00 has a ring on his feet, caught and released before

  • are they wild or someones pets ?

  • we bulit the highrise on natures land and must share it jackass

  • Can give me the detail of that map. i going to catch it.

  • Hes using the balcony as his own high rise shitter. So disrespectful....

  • they fly 300KM/H so try to catch them hahaha

  • He took a shit @ 1:15.

  • @JRock005 Bombs away!

  • Cosmicgate07 is right. There is most likely a nest nearby. Wild birds of most kinds are aggressive when you are too close to their nests.

  • you know that falcon can coast more than 50,000 dollar is middle east ??? go get it then train it then u such a rich guy ;)

  • @maged966

    LOL you can say that....lol

  • Sometimes people confuse the Cooper hawk as a peregrine.

  • nah

  • What you mean by...."nah"....?probally you don't even know how a cooper hawk look like.

  • you talkin' like that then you don't know who the hell you are talkin' to....& I'll crash those skulls with mighty tallons like a pesky vermims. LMAO

  • Ok...buddy whatever you say...bye..!

  • @BOLDEAGLEUSA & i've heard this vermin's skull crashing like a little egg in my hand as if Golden eagle crashing a dumb fish eating bold eagle's skull in mid air...like nothing.

  • blah, blah, blah and more blah.....!sorry buddy ,but,i do not understand what you triyng to say.

  • you don't need to that's prove that you are stupid & bothering wild life. that's all! lmao!

  • lmao XD at 1:15

  • beautiful

  • they dive for prey at 250mph

  • Schöne Wanderfalken aber leider so wie es aussieht keine Freilebenden, da sie ringe an den Fängen haben, zudem macht ihr sie mit dem Filmen extrem nervös und das ist schlecht sorry

  • they may have a nest near by... don't distrub them so they come back to that place each year

  • yeah i think the camera man is too close to it. . basically bothering them

  • ياويلي على البحريه احنا ناكل تبن في البران ومانلقى شي اما عندهم باردة مبرده

  • والله الطيور

    احلالات من اخذ واحد

  • my love

  • beautiful too bad man does not seem to know he is part of the world an animal kingdom, duh, like so far from whom they are. :)

  • lol no more pigeons

  • alomejor tienen nido en el edificio por eso molestan tanto ahi

  • 1:19 taking a doodoo ontop your car =P

  • the way the birds wore flying shows aggression and the calling signals that they don't want you near them so stay away I have done falconry so i do Know!

  • Why on earth cage them? They are probably ridding the city of the health menace of rodents! They are good for the city.

  • Its Falco!

  • God, i just love Peregrine Falcons. Theyre so cute ^^

I guess i love them cuz Falco from Starfox is a peregrine Falcon, and i love Falco XD

  • زائر مكشات الدائم وليس العضو

  • Keep them in cages.

  • your soo cool quasim64!! hope you get attacked by something when your there!

  • i like that you have pasted the same fucking "falcon sound" at different places of the movie.. great.

  • What time of year was it .early spring or late summer

  • hey did you notice that one of the birds was banded

  • 5th dec going to be in Pakistan hunting wild goats with eagles. Can't wait

  • IMPRESIVE.

  • I think birds evolved to fly just so they could skypoop. You know that would be the best dump you've ever taken in your life, if it was flying through mid air. I'd give up my arms for wings just for that.

  • and just seeing it land on a persons head would get me losing my arms and legs just for 2 wings and stubs for legs =D

  • Woah!

  • It took a shit at 1.18

  • Hello .. does any 1 know if (shit) .. that was had at 1:18 .. landed on a pedestrians HAT ? .. if so .. what kind of hat was it & what color was it ? Regards !

  • Damnnnnn

I feel sorry for whoever is directly below that bird. lmao

  • I just watched another video that documented a Peregrine flying at over 200 miles an hour.

She was flown to 15,000 feet in a plane, let loose and then a lure was dropped. Amazing.

  • does anybody know what is that sound they make for?

Peregrin falcons are so amazing. I watched a video from PBS in which they told certain facts about them. Since then, I have falling in love with these creatures.
