Since Roxas could wield two keyblades because he was the Nobody of Sora and Sora is connected to Ven....Xemnas as badass as he already was could wield two keyblades (Terra's and Master Xehanort's Keyblades) because he was the Nobody of Terra and Terra is connected to Master Xehanort... =D

To tell you the truth, and I feel like I'm being an ass by saying this though I don't mean to be, but to me it sounds like you just took the original Darkness of the Unknown and slowed down, sped up, or raised/lowered the key at certain the different parts of the theme depending on the battle. It does sound like a few minor things were added in but that just may be an illusion due to the change in key. I actually have it as an mp3 and listen to it often enough to say something like this.

Hate to say it, but I agree. The 0:43 Transition isn't as bad as the 2:25 one, though. I love what you did with the second part. Sheer Madness that way it should be. I gave each of the sections different names, based on their beats and what part of the battle they represent:
Tier 1:Flight of the Dragoon
Tier 2:Madness of the Unknown
Tier 3:Requiem of Nothingness
