  • True pedophiles (as opposed to opportunistic pedophiles--i.e., a horned-up dude fucking a kid 'cause he can't get laid) are such a small proportion of the population that to accuse a substantial number of people you don't care for on other grounds of being pedophiles is false on its face. YouTube, as a secondary publisher (and I'm giving them the benefit here) is clearly liable with the primary defamer. And, in libel, no damages need be proved to recover substantial damages from the defamer.

  • Dudes fucking kids r not real pedos? ORLY. Just temporary pedos, like temporary gays who hang out in gay bars on the week end then go home to the wife.

    U fail.

  • Thank you very much. Welcome aboard.

  • I'm not a crack head. Crackpot maybe.

  • Not much nickitadoll

  • Thank you very much.

  • Thank you. It really means a lot to hear that as this video was pretty labor intensive.

  • Do look glum?

  • Yea, I will make sure I take care of that detail. When I reviewed the footage, I did notice my eyes were all over the place, but I was too lazy to reshoot it. And yea crappy audio irritates me too. I have some pretty high end audio equipment that I use when I am shooting in front of the computer. It is great that someone notices the quality;.

  • I can see a slight resemblance. But no you are the first to notice.

  • You're right I am sure that YouTube didn't think this thing through to the extreme that I did. The reason I took it there was to stress why YouTube wouldn't want a lot of attention brought to that topic, and Mikes pedo vids all made the first page of the most discussed, which most likely made some alarms go off somewhere.

  • Yea, it was 3 pages of large font, I had it taped to the monitor. When I riewed I noticed I was looking down when I was getting to the bottom of the page, but I was just too darned lazy to reshoot it. If this was a video I expected to have a shelf life longer than a couple of weeks, I would have made the effort to do a better job. Your suggestion will be taken under advisement next time. Thanks.

  • What makes you think it was UDM? Blunty3000 was the very first subject of Mikes pedo week, and he lives in Australia where libel/defamation laws are different than in the US. YouTube has a worldwide presence and therefore could have litigation brought against it in other countries other than the US.

  • Thanks for the comment, and yes themaskedanalyst has some good points too. My video is a "possible" explaination, however people could debate the legal technicalies for hours.

  • A lot of evidence points in that direction

  • Thank you for the compliment. It seems like a very likely scenario.

  • Yup, this is almost as big as the demise of pigslop except that pigslop left on his own accord and can come back if he wants.

  • Very possible

  • It will be interesting to see what other people come up with. But this seems like the most likely scenario based upon what I see.

  • Thank you for the kind words. Hey I even put on the jacket and tie for the effect.

  • Great minds think alike.

  • It is just a theory after putting together pieces of a puzzle. True, if you make money for YouTube you can get away with a lot short of a legitimate DMCA.

  • Thanks FutureKill0. The graphics were somewhat labor intensive.

  • Thank you for your support

  • That's right. The danger lies that even if you delete a video after having second thoughts about posting, the odds are that someone or several have already copied it and it will live forever.

  • I think that what you said in your I'm not Greg Solomon video says it best in that "Freedom of speech does not free one from the ramifications of that speech".

  • Like I said, it is just a theory, but like most things, they are easier to understand if you can see how it involves money.

  • You are probably right, and I was going to include that in my hypothesis, but then the video would have been too long. Some of Mike's fans hung on his every word literaly, and like you said might have contributed to his demise.

  • I too am saddened in a way because I like drama as much as the next guy, and there certainly was a lot of drama surrounding Skehan. But in the end, I think it was those who Mike rallied in his witch hunt thinking that they were helping, when they were really doing in thier leader. And I agree that Mike had no idea the power of what he was getting into.

  • Thanks snouter, did you ever check out the BOA version of Taxman?
