    Thanks for your response. I'm not sure it's a weather issue -- as FSP in South-East Asia button up all the time, and we all know the swelter of the subtropics! I've been to a few of their Christmas concerts, and it's definitely a buttoned-collar regulation for formal events. Please let me know if you hear more about these policies.
