I bought a RIMOWA" suit cases in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands (at their official Dealer, Van Os). One trip to Miami Florida and one suit case came out with a HUGE dent on a corner. Dealer told me ... Sorry, that is transportation damages, not covered! ... I thought suit cases were to be use in transportation! They advertise a 5 year warranty! ... My damage was done right after I bought it! I paid about $700. for it! Stay away from Rimowa!
