@11301920 Popeye is at the fuel dock in friday harbor every morning, the fuel dock staff feed her every morning, been doing it for 20 years.

Popeye is a 17 year old harbor seal. she is a girl. She is blind in one eye. most days she catches fish fine. iris disturbed her.

Actually, Popeye doesn't belong to anyone, she has for as long as I can remember been hanging out at the dock because she loves to be fed by humans. You have to give her fish, though, because if not, she splashes you.
