  • he doesnt even know how to spell the brand he's selling

  • Good grief!

  • I wonder what brand I won't be buying. They could have taken that name and done something special.

  • If i was his boss I would SO fire his ass!

  • This is a disgrace to the Kumalae name...

  • I know what brand I'm NOT gonna buy!

  • This is embarrassing to watch

  • "entry level GUITAR"???? "Toys"? "Easy to play"? "Not anybody can afford a guitar but you can still make music with them"? Man, come on. Noone is going to want to take your company seriously if you have that little respect for the instrument you're representing and for the people who play it.

Kudos to Aldrine for being so patient with him.

  • Sad thing is I hear their ukuleles are pretty good. Wait till his boss sees this.

  • 2:56 .... grrrr....

  • eh

  • just from the first look at him i could tell something was off about him /:

  • he called the uke a guitar. fuck him.

  • "Not everyone can afford an electric guitar or an acoustic guitar..." So, what he's saying is, "You poorer musicians have a back up and can buy this "toy" aka ukulele." Man, some ukes are more expensive and beautifully crafted compared to some guitars. Ukes ARE real instruments and they make beautiful music.

  • Kumalae: If you care about your company, send a salesperson with a better attitude (vs. sarcastic), and knows all about the product and can play to convince consumers that this brand is competitive and worth the money. Obviously, this salesman's heart wasn't into it.

  • It's a guitar??? I love classic Kumalaes - these things are a mess to that great name.

  • What a horrible salesman. He really did his company a disservice.

  • Great job Aldrine. You were very patient with this guy. Macy had no idea what uke players are about. Hopefully this company does not reflect the same perception.

    ukecompany

  • "they seem like toys" ... "no one can afford an acoustic or electric guitar" ... WTF?

  • Our goals? To jump on a bandwagon and make a couple of bucks off what we think is a fad, 'cuz we haven't done a lick of research.

  • This guy. He is absolutely terrible at sales, why would they send him to NAMM? He knew almost nothing about his product, couldn't spell his company's name without looking, and considered the ukulele cheap alternative to a guitar. That's just insulting.

  • guay!

  • Entry level guitar. Its an entry level guitar.

  • @Adilisawesome I cringed a bit as well.

  • Not a salesman, that one.

  • good
