It is amazing how many of Mr. Li Hongzhi's quotes are taken out of context. If one wants to know the Truth of Falun Gong they should read the main texts. Those texts consistently encourage people to be good people and to require of themselves Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance in all they do. I will never think that those three things are bad.

In my Hearth I wished that all of you that talk bad about Falun Gong and Mr Li Hongzhi would have learned the principals of truthfulness, compassion and tolerance thought by Mr Li, so this way yould not be talking nonsence and poisoning peoples mind. It's obvious That you know nothing about Falun Gong, I believe that anyone in he's right mind and has personality, should before criticizing anything or anybody, make sure to do he's homework and research first about something instead of giving a opinion just because you've heard from somebody else.

Li's saying were taken out of context completely? Anyone can bring them back? To me he and his dafa is just a nónense cult. Sadly still million ppl believe in, just like they believe in other nonsense religions.

whats the point in giving beliefs a name? only to seek approval from each other. Why not instead find things you like about other people instead of feeling guilty and dirty? Tell a friend or family member you love them, that you appreciate something they do. You don't need to join a cult to do yoga by the way.

China strengthens Falun Gong by persecuting its adherents. When people see a government acting desperately against a thing, they decide it has strength and truth enough to threaten a government. This is how a movement gains even more traction. China would do well to ignore this and stop being so unwise in its treatment of the Chinese people. Cults like this would peak in popularity, and then quickly decline if the Govt didnt feed it. Much like crazy crystal mysticism in the USA did.

Just another megalomaniac (Li). The question in my mind is always whether they believe thier nonsense or if they are manipulators. Li takes basic tenets of well-founded spiritual practices - like Taoism and pollutes them with new age / occult nonsense. At the same time, the Chinese government debases itself as badly as Li perverts Daoism. China should not be indiscriminately imprisoning and tormenting practitioners. China strengthens Falun Gong by its persecution.

@44okiru44 most likely you are practicing it in the Western world. It is a cult and Hongzhi is crazy. I am Chinese and my father once practised Falun Gong and had Hongzhi's nonensical books, soon realising them for what they were. However, the Chinese Govts response is wrong; Falun Gong practitioners are still human and have rights that must be recognised. But you 'must recognise that F.G in China is much different from F.G elsewhere.

@Kennfield : well i dont think F.G in china is different from F.G in all over the world, practitioners in any where in the world are the same, they all follow the main idea that: Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance (Chinese: 真、善、忍)

about your father's case, why does your father think of F.G as a cult? master Li has never told anybody to worship him.he just keep on telling the practitioners have to follow this main idea Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.

Master Li's Teachings In Falun Dafa are quite profound & healed me from almost being paralyzed by scoliosis. Falun Dafa is free to Learn & good. If you thing the Chinese communist party is telling the Truth here just go to our principle teaching on the internet for free, or buy a 13.00 book & see for your self if the (CCP) is lying to you here.
