if you don't have a job you can't buy healthcare, if you have a low paying job 8 bucks an hour 8 x 40 is 320 aweek 280 after taxes thats 1120 dollars a month your healthcare costs 500 a month rent 500 a month and you got 120 dollars for all other expenses, food,utilities,gas , car insurance,clothes, how are you gonna live?

I don't understand... why do they think ANYONE will get insurance that is discounted less than 10%? And if they think a penalty for not getting insurance is a motivation they are crazy. Frankly I don't think the penalty will hold up. It doesn't seem constitutional to force people to have insurance for health care that for religious reasons they won't even use. MOST of the population WANTS single-payer. This is just a bail out for the insurance industry to make the corporations richer.

i have been saying they were going to bailout the insurance industry all along. that is what the individual mandate is. buy insurance or GO TO JAIL DO NOT PASS GO DO NOT COLLECT 200 DOLLARS!!!
