  • survivability in the front 0% fatality

  • Driver- 40-50% survivability

    Front passenger - 75-80% survivability

Rear passengers- (belted and carseat for child)- 90+ %

  • Passengers-

Front passenger- highest probability of non head impact neck fracture, #2 medivac priority.

Rear passengers - arm, leg, trauma possibility.

Child gets first medivac priority in cases of equal injury.

Persons are also categorized, based on survivability - example -> IF one of the more critically, injured persons is unlikely to survive the medivac trip to a surgeon, the next person who is known to be saveable, is sent instead, CHILDREN get first if same level.

    Medivac

  • I work on a vol fire dept. Ive worked probably 30 high impact crashes in real life with real humans in them. My analysis of the out come of this crash, is this. -

ALL-Automatic- C-spine immobilization (to lessen or prevent possible spinal damage.

Driver - Probable High impact trauma to the left leg, depending on how person wore seatbelt (loose in waist etc), possible high impact trauma to right leg and left arm. Possible Hip fracture (high danger, immediate medivac priority).

  • there you see why vw never gets good place in ncap crashtest, lol.absolutely no expirience, every ford transit is ways more safe, lol

  • impolite?

  • is might look bad, but all the crumpling is good, cuz it has such a small front

  • i saw the passenger airbag is very huge, even covered the centre console, is it necessary?

  • @scagliettileopard, the T5 is available with seating for three up front, so the passenger airbag have to cover the centre too, yes.

  • Awe I wanted it to crush like other VWs!

  • what does 'impolite' mean?

  • meh not as good as the t3

  • @laynesamba You're kinda wrong there. Since the T3 doesn't have airbags, the chances of dying will increase. The T3 might of just also passed the energy of the impact onto the drivers and passengers. Whilst the T5 has airbags, it also looks like that the T5 absorbed the impact instead of just passing it through the driver and passengers. Sorry, man. But that's true, I'm just saying I'm not angry at your mistake :D

  • @xXShadowKillSonicXx HE WAS JOKING!! OMG!! Havent you seen the vid with the T3 filled with sand crashing into a wall?

  • @KillanatorVids Yeah, I have. XD

  • @laynesamba Bahahahahahha :D

  • No other company makes vans quite as good as Volkswagen.

  • @whattheheck1000

    Yes, there's one, Mercedes. :D

  • @whattheheck1000 hyundai h1 diye bir alet var.o daha iyi

  • looks like it is ok

  • PASS?

  • Get one! They are the dogs bollox.

  • Wow cool! anymore? I was thinking on getting the T5 sportline.
