You see these were road tires and since the road is you could say stable they are cheap and they go nicely on such ground, but on offroad since the tire has to catch up and put pressure these fail. I have a hilux 2.5L Turbo stock 144 hp (yes I bought the little one) and I can climb this hill much easier thanks to my tires. It's not that road tires won't do the job, it's because it will be much harder with them.

@ballader1 Yes, I agree with you. In my Hilux in off road heavier use A-T in their day-to-day and MUDs have special off-road heavier. This Hilux VIGO, I have no more, I traded in a Land Cruiser Prado, used more for business and sightseeing, but did not stop playing when I had some off-road obstacle. Thanks for the comment.

Amigo, o que faz da L200 melhor para o barro é o fato de possuir de fabrica bloqueio do diferencial traseiro e melhor angulo de saída, além de possuir barra de torção na dianteira, dando mais resistência em caso de impactos em buracos, mas o principal é o bloqueio de diferencial, no mais a Hilux é mais carro.

Amigo, nessa faixa de valor e para uso off road ela é a melhor..claro, precisa de um pouco de restrição no acelerador, ou trocar antes dos 100mil km, o que as vezes pode ser um prejuízo...Agora, a Hilux 2.5 é uma opção, motor com 109 cv mas CR, bem mais confortável e na faixa de preço da L200, só não é tão boa para o off road, como a L200...

Revisão sempre a cada 5mil km, óleo e filtro...mas isso vai depender do pé que você anda, esses motores não aguentam roadr a 140km/h por muito tempo, o giro alto vai reduzindo a vida útilo do veículo.

Não existe L200 Outdoor a gasolina, somente as modelos Triton possuem motor V6 (muito bom o motor, mas faz 5km/l). As L200 Outdoor são GLS (121cv) e HPE (147cv). Esses motores da L200 outdoor não são muito duraveis, como deveriam ser, por isso muito cuidado na compra de uma usada. Zero e bem cuidado pode rodar 100kms mas se for pé pesado não roda tudo isso. O motor não aguenta.

Tirando o problema do motor, mais comum ainda nas HPE, é uma ótima pickup para uso off road, diria que a melhor vendida no mercado para esse uso. Abrs, Sérjão

Toyota makes reliable vehicles, but if this is the main argument behind the constant bloviations concerning the Hilux I have to honestly say I'm not impressed. Reliability is of the utmost important, but this is largely in driver hands when driving off-road. I can name a couple stock trucks that would outdo the hilux I think. But to each his own. It's a good truck, not my cup of tea though. I'm a Jeep-Ford guy.

Depende do pé....andando a 180 ela fazia 9km/l...andando a 120 ela fazia tranquilo 13km/l...tanto faz com ar desligado ou ligado, pois o motor é potente. Na cidade em média 12km/l...meu pai pegou emprestada uma vez para ir a Fortaleza e fez 16km/l, ele anda 110km/h...muita estabilidade, boa de direção e muito espaço para uma pickup...parece um sedan por dentro.

The hill has angle of 45 degrees and about 1km of climb that slope ... the beginning is difficult to climb and the car almost falls into a hole with 5 meters deep. With my SW4 or the Land Cruiser Prado I always got easier than with the SRV.
